I saw in the last thread that someone was asking about the Oregon New Eras. The story was that the CLUB team had them made because Nike was giving them somewack flexfit joints. They ended up ordering a bunch and then selling them in the club sports office for $35. Nike found out they were selling them prettymuch made them stop. Then Nike made their own fitteds that aren't nearly as nice.

**However when I was in class the other day I noticed on of the guys on the NCAA baseball team wearing the same hat that new era put out, but with a Nikesymbol on the back.**

It's all good though

So The End Of Last Week I Won A Grey Brim Yanks Cap Off Ebay..... This Week Hat Shows Up And Is The Wrong Size And Not Even Close To The Onfield Cap IOriginally Ordered(Dude Sent An Ugly @ss Green Cap With "Yankees" Stiched All Over The Crown).....After Emailing The Seller Back With My ComplaintsThey Were Nice Enough To Refund My Money In Full As Well As Send Out Another Grey Underbrim Like I Had Originally Ordered.

Today The Cap Arrived, And I Just Wanted To Check With You Guys That This One Is Legit As There Are Some Slight Differences From The One I Recently Picked UpFrom A Sleeper Sports Shop In Town...... Let Me Know What You Guys Think.








*The Cap I Picked Up From The Sleeper Sports Shop Had The Older NE Sticker On It So Maybe The Differences On The Inside Of These Two Caps Is From The DifferentProduction Era's?

The one you picked up off of eBay looks legit to me. Like you said they were produced in different years/eras (hence the old size sticker vs. the new one).Don't let the slight discrepancies between tags/logos on the sweatband get to you, they've switched em up over the years.
 
Wish my grey brim Yanks still was in top form. I wore mine out so much, and actually used it in some fraternity baseball games last year. SMH, now I'mdying to get my hands on some more grey brimmed Yanks. 7 3/8

I am of the opinion that the Nationals should use those hats for everyday games, not just the 4th. They'd go from having one of the weakest kits inbaseball to the best.
 
So much sole - they are both legit. Just made in different production years. The yanks fitted in the first pic is the newer one, I can tell bythe glossy NE sticker and blue stitching on the tag. The older Yanks has the non-glossy sticker, and the teal colored stitching on the tag.


I received a nice little package of NEs yesterday, I will post pics later today when I get home from work.

Yeap, black and gold. I don't recall their price on caps but it came out to $75 shipped for both caps.

I don't know if they still have those available but give em a call, they ship. Their number is (562) 983-1407. I haven't been to thestore myself but plan on doing so in a couple of weeks.

I seen those caps on lids but they kill it with the crown on the back as well. It's redundant to have that back there. They should have just had LosAngeles in script or something.
