My membership at footlocker never worked. They never gave me a membership card and i never gained pts from any purchases. Every time i called them they would say they saw all my purchases and pts from the system but its weird that i cant see it when i log in. I was promised to receive vouchers by email and mail but i never got it. Poor customer service, poor loyalty program. (Same thing happened at champs)
I imagine people would be more ruthless about ignoring them when it comes to something as valuable as property.
That's not old lol my old is walking into a store weeks after all three color ways of the 11s released and getting them on discount in my size without a hassle...my old has no "retros" because everything was new for the first time and never sold out. Those were the good old days!
My girlfriend and I each got a patched hoodie on the Saturday and we were able to pick them up Sunday morning. They were just saying Monday to be safe. You should just go in and see if yours is ready. It most likely is if I got mine the next day.
i ordered a pair of AF1 on Monday Feb 8, been 10 days. the staff told me it will be ready in 3 days. SMH.
Then the hype shouldn't affect you much when all you are into are the GR. Just saying.
I tried using one on the 72-10 11's and they said cant be used on launch products and the other day, my card was scanned for 2 purchases at Champs, separate transactions, one after the other and I didn't get the $20 voucher on either, but it had my card # and it said platinum status. Since those are only printed on receipts, does that mean calling CS to add the points back is useless after you've already reached platinum status?

XI's are usually the exception. They worked on all of the 4's I bought last year (oreo, legend blue etc). I find it's usually up to the discretion of the manager/cashier but I usually don't have an issue. In terms of platinum status... what do you mean by adding back the points? Did you just reach platinum status?
I already had platinum status when the card was scanned, when I made those purchases Saturday. In the past I've called CS to add points for purchases because they didn't scan my card when I paid, guess it's useless to have that done if the only reward vouchers come printed on receipts when you make purchases in-store.
I heard Champs EC been calling since 2PM.
