Just curious, how do employees get away with backdooring shoes, without their managers noticing? Or are there managers in on it too? I can understand Mom and Pop shops but not bigger stores...

It's nothing new. Even high end department store sales people are known to "backdooring" the newest and hottest fashion items going back three to four decades ago.

No way. Especially after so many folks didn't get the 2013s. Even when I'm out I rarely see folks wearing those 1s.

Yup, if anything the hype is building as the release date gets closer. I've had inquires from people I haven't talked to in awhile about this release and they're not really into kicks. Also missed out out the 2013 release, but I wasn't too concerned considering I still have 2 pairs of the 01's. But I am trying my best to not have that happen again and am doing my rounds and inquiring as much as I can to be prepared. Q I think I've seen maybe 2 people over the last 5 years wearing the Blk/Red 1's, as a matter of fact I've seen more royal's being worn. Good luck to everyone this Saturday.

I've seen a ton of bred 1's being worn... after the whole kanye thing, it was pretty common. I've seen more people wearing bred 1s than prob any other OG 1.

Stopped by STC and Yorkdale for raffles last night, about 4-5 pages long per size (flipped through for 9-10.5). Kids Footlocker at both malls were doing raffles for GS sizes and not baby/toddler sizes.
Heard from a friend that works at Champs, Yonge store and STC only got 10 pairs each (about 1 size run), so not really missing out on much if you missed those raffles yesterday.

No sure about til closing time but they were still accepting raffle entries, visited an hour ago.

CAN'T confirm for this release specifically, but if I'm not mistaken, the normal FL raffle procedure accepts entries until 6pm Tuesday. So if you're trying to make it in tonight, I'd suggest trying for before then to be safe.

I distinctively remember paying $330 for my 2013 1s about 6 hours after the release. I didn't bother lining up or anything, I just woke up and grabbed a nice lunch and met a reseller. Best decision.

Foot locker USA has them, and so does nba store.
I think Walmart used to sell then locally otherwise idk I'm looking too
