Ssense had all the colors on black friday, I snagged the warm greys for ~500. Not a fan of the olive pair really but I guess it depends on your wardrobe

I signed in for the first time in a hot minute here to say that Holts at yorkdale actually had some alright deals. Especially if you're into any of the season 8 john elliot pieces, it was probably the cheapest I've seen anywhere. A lot of it was marked 50-70% off and then an additional 20% today. They also had bottega venetta chelseas in a few sizes on the rack as well

Nordstrom was totally picked over and a waste of time, and I didn't go anywhere that had a line (although most places that did were **** anyways)

Saint Laurent had no sale, same for gucci.

Thanks for the update on Yorkdale. Much appreciated. You mean $542 for the warm grey pair right? I saw all the colours on ssense but missed that sale since my size sold out lightning quick. It doesn't seem like they dip below $500 CAD very often. I personally like the olive pair and feel it's just as versatile as the grey pair. The lightness of the olive in my opinion allows it to be paired with a lot of the same colour schemes that the warm gray can. Not trying to contradict your opinion...just saying. This was the last price of the warm grey on Ssense.

Also with regard to Holts...that John Elliott stuff has been there on deep discount for weeks. Same thing with the Bottega chelseas. Basically there has been a rack out for a while with mostly loud coloured shoes (Highlighter orange and yellow Balenciaga Arenas, Fendi shoes with faces on them, JE shoes and Givenchy shoes). Actually a lot of brands but they never will put out top sellers or colourways for obvious reasons. I'm surprised Nordstrom didn't have much as they had quite a selection of CP on Black Friday. Chelseas were only size 12-14 though and I think they were around $480 as well.

Seems right, I bought them right at the start of the sale. I bought the cp robert gellers in sand as well and I think those were 496 from east dane

For holts I think they added a bunch of new stuff to the racks as well as adding additional racks within the last week. I was there ear december and never saw the parachute jacket/flannels/denim it was mostly just the weird textured grey shirts and sweatpants. definitely the cheapest I've seen on that stuff this season

They had olive ones a couple weeks ago. Maybe 4-5 max in various sizes and was marked down to $170 I believe. Decent price for the villain but I still didn't buy one...They also had the escobar sweats in olive for $109 plus tax. Passed on those too. Nothing against those who love JE, it's just not really my style.

What are your guys' thoughts on the olive pair? Do you think these would be versatile or very limited due to the colour? I feel that tone can be worn with a lot of colour combinations without problem but opinion may differ.

 Yo! These are gorgeous bro. I agree that the olive colour is really versatile and can go with a lot of different fits. I really don't find the CP chelsea boots to be a "dressed up" boot anyway. Those can go with most colours and complement them.

Nomad had some pieces for 40% off. Picked up a black heavyweight zip hoodie today for $120 from $205.

The Reigning Champ flagship on Queen/Ossington had 25% everything except for Core stuff and Adidas collab pieces.

I'm not gonna lie when I first heard about it I just thought it was another overpriced brand like. But when I actually got the chance to try the stuff on at the store it peaked my interest more. Just haven't had the funds to cop anything with all these releases lol. Should be better next year since I'm cutting on my sneaker spending. Looking to expand my dress shoe collection now.

Just to add to the boxing day convo...its a mob mentality.  LS had these white adidas eqt 93/16 marked down to $95 from $180 during black friday/cyber monday and they sat FSR until the sale ended.  Today boxing day comes and its marked down to $108 which is a $13 mark up in reality from black friday/cyber monday, yet its almost sold out. 

And anyone seen Nike ACG Lupineks for cheap?  Best deal so far I've come across is Capsule for $230+tax

UK size 8,9,10 left in black, more in the green. 100 pounds is about $165, shipping to Canada is about 14 pounds. Say they use Royal Mail for standard int shipping, which is normally good on duty. Bit weird that they aren't taking the UK VAT off when I tested it at checkout.

dont get me wrong I like niche quality canadian brands like RC & WH doing well esp when they made here...just hate to see it go over exposed like CG

btw anyone kno who is the canadian manufacturer that makes supreme hoodies & sweaters? they deserve a shoutout cuz their quality is on par with WH & RC
 
I wanna support these brands but they so damn expensive... I understand I'm paying for quality but dayum son. I'm a Uni student working full time to fund both school and my sneaker hobby as well as a car... hopefully.

CYC design  makes supreme hoodies and sweats, which is  same as rc and wh

I think this year was pretty bad. The pre-christmas sales were alot better imo. Livestock had some nice stuff on sale from the looks of their website but other than that, everything been a bust. I think all the sale days have been lackluster as of late. More for electronics and stuff
