Frank/crew, Will post more pics, and I'll do some macro shots.
Quick update on the Golden Sun saga and icing out a 10MM cuban with true VS F/G triple excellent cut/polish/symmetry diamonds.
+ Matthew at Golden Sun has been been responding each day and providing updates.
+ From last Friday, he projected a 3-4 day setting time, followed by a final finishing period.
+ Based on this and overnight shipping, I should have the piece end of week, and I can provide more pics and video at that time.
+ I've reached out to them to ice my Cartier band as well as provide some basic white gold chains. My hope is they do fantastic work on the cuban -- they've iterated this repeatedly, and as long as they keep things away from unreasonable on this last ask, hopefully I'll have a ring to show the crew and a couple of new chains.

I actually have no idea who's mold it is. I copped it second hand at this jewelry exchange out here in miami before i knew about any of that stuff, i just wanted a jesus piece lol

That's another robot Jesus. Everyone can get that mold. Even I was considering it back in 2005 since some jeweler was selling it for about $3k for 130 grams

yea ima still rock the jesus with the franco but wanted something more up to date. so i copped a cuban at around 500g (ill know the final weight when they finish it)

I went to the one in pembroke pines before the owner skipped town on everybody and left with peoples deposits and layaways. as for the cuban i went to crm jewelers downtown. they really specialize in watches but they have this cuban guy that makes their chains. they took me upstairs to him and he seemed pretty on point. I've seen that you like daniels, i checked them out and their work was a1 also but i just didn't like the 2week wait time and i got nearly 40g more for about $300 more.

Damn, didn't know the spot in pembroke was still open, I was actually in that mall yesterday but didn't even walk the mall... just ate at red robbin and rode out. I hate that mall.

Nah the "manhattan jewelry exchange" in pembroke has been closed down for a min now after dude did all that shady ****. But I much rather go to aventura or sawgrass

The story that i got from a couple jewelers that had a booth in there is that the dude that leased the unit, who was also the owner of the First Class Diamonds booth, was collecting rent from all the vendors but not paying the lease. He didn't tell anyone that the mall was evicting them till probably a month prior. He ended up skipping town and moving to new york and he left with everybody's deposits, layaway balances and some pieces that were on consignment. Supposedly he has a bunch of ****** looking for him.
