**..:The Official Jewelry Thread Vol. 11: You get a Jesus piece! You get a Jesus piece! Everybody gets a Jesus piece:..**

There are so many people that buy luxury items only to have to turn around and sell them days or weeks later for pennies on the dollar.
So watches and jewelry will always be a buyers market?

I'm seeing used Rolex Submariners anywhere from $5-9k here in South Florida.

Is that normal?

Fools really taking a hit for half the retail price brand new?

Anyone know alot about Aquamaster Watches???

Please no snobs or elitist opinions because they aren't Rolexes or Cartiers.

I'm more about actual design and quality over name and price.

They have some great designs I just don't know much about thier quality.

Experienced watch gurus input would be appreciated.
Stay away from watch companies that sell watches for $150 and claim $700 is the regular price. Plus the diamonds in those watches look like a 0.01ct diamond took a s**t. You can get wayyyy better for your money.

I hear ya man but that Bape/BBC stuff reminds me of Ed Hardy or Christian Audiger lol
this thread moves fast these days.  yeah, that stuff isn't for everyone but I don't think that anyone even had those puffy gucci links iced out like that before ever, let alone with colored diamonds.  so it was a moment, for the creativity of it all.  of course the big spending factor is always gonna be there  but the creativeness of that chain was the awesome factor more than anything.  I don't think that Baby and Wayne had those kinda chains until later but I could be mistaken and if anyone ever saw or knew of any non-celeb with iced out gucci links, speak on it.

Yes. I am a notorious low baller on Tampa Craigslist. I currently live in PHX but fly to Tampa and Miami all the time to buy for resell. I got that Pepsi bezel sub a few months ago for dirt cheap and resold it in PHX for a 1500 profit including air fair.

Most of the diamonds in 'em are single cut diamonds. Especially the smaller ones. The bigger stones are usually brilliant cut diamonds. Seems like the diamonds in the bezel are in fact brilliant cut. Just stay away from single cut diamonds.
