im pretty sure EVERY rapper to make it big got help from somebody

ie. BIG = Puffy
Jay = Dame and the list goes on and on

saying his music is pretty much irrelevant without em and dre is blasphemy, go pick up power of a dollar if you need proof
 
@ this point, there is no reason to compare the two rappers. Both are at different spectrums in thier careers. Lil wayne has the most to gain, if they battle.IMO...Wayne is better....Wayne has been out longer...Wayne has been putting better music than 50 to this point. AGAIN IMO...

Y'all $#%%+@ gettin hype over this +$@+ for no reason, no matter what happens and how many diss records 50 shoot at Wayne, its no way in hell that Waynewill respond. Check your history, that's what Wayne does, he disses a rapper one time in a song and never says anything again. He's thrown shots at 50,Nas, Clipse, Willie the Kid, B.G., Jay, Gillie, Snnop,etc and after some of them lyrically went in on Weezy Goldberg, he shut his *%%#+*% mouth. Wayne coolwhen he wanna be, but don't sit here and act like 50 wouldn't embarass this young man. He by no means can destroy Wayne's career, but he woulddefinitely win this battle

I dunno. 50 live for the publicity off beef. Wayne ain't never been known as a battle rapper anyways. When's the last time he really got at somebody?

The most Wayne does is send them subliminal shots. That's not going to be enough.
 
wayne can get at 50...i mean honestly what can 50 cent say that 1. we already don't know about wayne and 2. what is actually true....50 will do all thatchildish $%% and what not but lyrically wayne>50 no question and if the other dudes n the unit get involved look for lots of wayne the game tracks and wellwe all know how the game vs. g-unit beef ended up.. i think this can be a good thing for wayne b/c hopefully if they do begin going back and fourth we can getmore rappin from wayne and if he actually wins he could become even more popular than he is now

Whoa whoa....slow down. Everyone forget 50 prior to GRODT? He was a mixtape monster and EVERYWHERE. To say only because of em/dre is just silly.It aint 50's fault he can pick a beat and has some pretty damn good hook skills.

Time did you say 50 has no fans? Doesn't 50 have 40+ million sold to date? Come on dude, you honestly forgetting about this dude? Curtis not his best workand came out with Kanye's much better album and sold 700k in 1 week and outsold Kanye worldwide. He has fans trust me, just because the last gunit albumwent wood don't mean anything.

This place is crazy with the fence, Lil Wayne is garbage, nah not anymore now when he is focused he is GOAT. 50 is a beast, nah not anymore it's allem/dre. Whats next 3k is the best battle rapper out lol

Maybe in the hood of ohio? 50 still gets mad love around here. Wayne ain't 3x popular, maybe with with all the 12 year old girls rockinlollipop that don't care about any beef. Beef has nothing to do with lyrical skill, it's about making the more popular track and we all know if 50makes a beef track it is bumped in cars, clubs and even on tv. Lil Wayne makes a diss track you have to dig through limewire to go find it. You need to realize50 didn't just vanish my dude, and now with em, dre and 50 coming out with new albums around the same time his hype is/will be back shortly. All Wayne didwas wake up a sleeping giant, this is all he needed.

And no Wayne does not have more fans then 50 I am sorry.
 
I am in NJ, in the past year I have been to NY, Vegas, FL, PA and TX. I heard 50cent in every club I been to out there. They were even rockin 50 in Punta Cana,DR while I was there. Maybe Ohio ain't messing with 50 anymore but I am sure he is ok with that lol.

3x more popular because it went 3:1? When you release album shouldn't you consider all of your sales? I believe Curtis (which obviously isn't 50'sbest album) sold 2 mill worldwide in under a week. And sold something like 8 mill total worldwide. I don't think carter 2 did 24 mill worldwide did he?
 
I won't lie I heard Wayne out in LV and FL but 90% of the rap I heard down in TX and when I was in DR was Kanye/50/Jay.

Of course your not going to count worldwide because 50 outsold Wayne there, You got to count worldwide it's album sales and they care about beef's justas much as we do, we already know ALL of 50's fans care about his beef's. Everyone knows the dude lives for this, it's how he made his name. 99% ofWaynes fans don't even care about his beef's, let alone 50 fans. I am not even ridin either because I like Wayne, but when it comes to stuff like thisI am sorry no way I see Wayne giving 50 the business.

Maybe the world doesn't listen to lil wayne type garbage.? I dunno maybe they are smart. Don't discredit the world just because when they think hip hopthey may want more raw skills and metaphors then some dude mumbling into the mike with an annoying voice.

....50 cannot end waynes career for this one reason.....when he doo doo'd on JA...he was on the decline...Ja's was heading near the tailend cause thatcutesy make songs about girls %!%@ was getting tired (waits for someone to deny this)....50 was the direct opposite of Ja and dissed him at the perfecttime....and lets factor in Ja got rode on by Shady and affiliates (who had NOTHING to do with said beef)....

Difference...wayne and 50 appeal to a similar demographic but wayne is doing a better job of that (as characterized by wayne's sales and overallpopularity...and he didnt use a corny marketing ploy to get there either)...wayne is the most popular rapper of the last 2 yrs (him and kanye are tied prettymuch)he might be at the peak of his popularity...and no one is capable of deading that...id say jay but the fact that Hov' is on his balls helps make him alittle more untouchable.....wayne has loads of suspect %!%@ in his past that is common knowledge...yet no one cares

Why do y'all sound shocked about Wayne kissing Baby not being a career ender? Are y'all dudes forgetting that around the time Shine was the hot single,Wayne was on 106 and Park publicly kissing that man in the mouth on national television? This happened before he was as big as he is now, but i know i'mnot the only dude on here that witnessed it. It aint like it was a hidden fact, %$*%$! was still building him up to be who he is knowing this.

It's funny how accurate this really is. Yet, I'm sure you caught hell for posting it. Sure, 50 has more money than Wayne, but Wayne makes a lot of songs and thus has made more good songs than Fif, over a longer period than Fif, and his popularity is still at it's apex... and BM Jr. is... well, you should already know how gully that joint is. Add to that, Wayne has a nice amount of wordplay EVEN when he's just @!%+%+! around. Fif don't wanna see a focused lil Weezy, honestly. Wayne could DISMANTLE 50 Cent and end his struggling career if he really, really wanted to. He's oneo f the only rappers with enough skill AND enough star power to make it happen.

Truth... atleast you got what i meant.... people acting like I'm all on lil wayne for saying that statement... I don't even listen to Wayne sinceCarter III, but I know if it came to it... Lil Wayne is lyrically more capable of taking 50 cent than vice versa.
