Those are Ronals (unless they are knockoffs) and theyre quite a popular "joke" wheel in the tuner scene (especially with VW and Audi). I would rockthose on an MKII and call it a day, theyre sick when you can use them as novelty.

They are pretty hard to come by and were discontinued some time ago IIRC
