I am not from this country (Just moved from Malaysia).
I thought it was given that Jay-Z is the 'Greatest Rapper In The World'. At least this is what I am told. I heard about Gucci Man, Orange The Juiceman(something like that), and Little Wayne. I have heard that Jay-z is best though.

jay z has 1 perfect album, about 10 classic cameo appearance verses, about 5 nasty songs, and 1 overrated wifie. hes good, but not nearly as great as peopleassume he is.
i love how ppl sweat him for making himself a 'business.' hes about as good at executive decisions as mj is, word to kwame brown and the charlottehornets.
