The Jacka is a Bay Area hip hop artist hailing from Pittsburg, CA. He is the most prominent member of the Mob Figaz and came up under the late C-Bo. The JackArtist was his first studio album to be released nationwide. The Jacka is one of the hardest dudes to ever touch a mic, a lot of dudes rap about moving weight, few of them actually did, even fewer did either of the two well, The Jack falls into this last category. Some Bay heads know a little bit about the moves Jackawas making prior to getting in the rap game, dude is legit. Thank God he turned to rap though, as i said, he's one of the grimiest dudes in the game and itreflects in his music. A lot of street dudes love him out here, however some of his lyrics, particularly on this album really go over a majority of his fansheads. On this album The Jacka touches on many of the issues plaguing inner city streets as well as the ills and wrong doings of corporate America and bigbrother. The Jack Artist is truly a masterpiece with dope features and top notch production. In fact, the production is handled entirely by Roblo, a Bay Arealegend in his own right. The chemistry him and The Jacka have is unmatched. Oh yea and he's got Cormega's stamp of approval, 'nuff said
Get on out there - The Jacka
bonus: just because this track slaps, Jacka killed it, and for once a real Bay Area music video was actually made
