Until this is officially resolved I'll only browse NT from the Blackberry. Ran a check and found the trojan virus. SMH. I stand by my sig.

So after an NT-less weekend I got back on campus after my first final, sign in, and in about 10 minutes this computer is infected
Anyway, I tried that process that Dirty linked me to and it didn't work. I'm going to try the Fizzy method when I get home.

i dont know if i have this trojan or what but CounterSpy Detected it and blocked it so i think im good and i scanned like twice after that and nothing came up

What sucks for me is ever since I got the virus (which was the day my McAfee expired and was about to DL AVG) I have not been able to do a system restore. WhenI go to System Restor (even in safe Mode) the window is just a blank white box. Has this happened to anyone else?

Oh hell no I'm not going to browse NT on my brand new macbook pro... i did once last thursday and hopefully nothing happened

I'm using my crappy 4 year old gateway Windows laptop right now only because I still have large amounts of files and programs I need. I'm not anexpert on malware and stuff, but I need to definitely clean it out before I port some files over to my MBP.
No wonder why this site keeps loading with naked ppl (edit FLING
), andsome random pdf that opened called pdf.pdf and lagged the hell outta my laptop the past few days

I was on the mac forums one time and supposedly MAC users don't have to worry about catching viruses.

I had some trj/downloader.mdw attacking my laptop, as well as other stuff.
I have Panda, as my antivirus. but it olnly deletes spyware. and notified me on other.
I went into safe mode and deleted the files it notified me with. hopefully my comp is good now.

Well my CPU got infected like 5 days ago, I am currently having someone clean it out for me. It was the Trojan Virus, so I guess I have to take all thoseprecaution measures when I get it back.
