Yea they do suck I asked for stickers got none. And ordered a shirt and got a different color.

Guess I'm lucky. The last time I ordered from them, during that back to school 50% off sale, my shirts shipped pretty quickly... No hassle at all AND I gotmad stickers...

I guess they were good back in the day and then fell off based on everyones statements so far

I had a few complaints about them with delivery, but their customer service is so-so. There was a 50% off Sale last summer and I ordered couple of jackets andwasn't satisfied with some of them, so I returned them back. It came down to the point where weeks went by and I checked my account with them and I nevergot my money back. I had to call them many times but it was hard to reach a representative. Finally I got to the customer service rep and he was cool aboutthe situation and gave me back 2x the store credit since they can't refund you cash/credit back for sale items
(Didn't really want to argue with him but it was a win-win situation forme)...
So after getting double of what I spent, I used it on another 50% off Sale, which took place on Nov or December. This time they sent me everything except forone item. I had to call them again and I was surprised I reached a customer rep with ease. There were no problems whatsoever and he gave me credit backwithin minutes.
I would shop on DG.com again but probably not during a 50% Sale because that's when they start having problems with missing items, hard-to-reach customerservice, etc...

I just ordered on their christmas 50% off sale..and i have yet to get a confirmation..last time i ordered on a 50% off sale this past summer..everything wentsmoothly..i think i will give customer service a phone call tomorrow..cause it's been since the 30th and i have yet to receive anythin..other than aconfirmation that the order went through..
