As far as Outros go, nothing will ever top those old Ursula Rucker poems at the end of their early albums.

Thank you. I was reading these and I was so surprised that no one cited the intro from "It's Dark and Hell is Hot."

4. Lil Wayne - Walk In/ Carter intro
5. Notorious B.I.G. - Ready To Die intro and it's transition into Things Done Changed
(C'mon, they robbed the subway)

*Honorable mention as pointed out earlier goes to: Cormega - Beautiful Mind (even though its not an intro)
Cormega used an oversaturated beat, but made it his own and didnt disgrace the Smif N Wesson ft. Mary J, which is a classic.
