biggest disappointment

definitely the CDP IIs, XVIIs and XXs

what disappointed me was the idea of packs and their rigged prices. and JB slowly pulling away from great retros and moving toward team jordans andhybrid/fusion
 
yep, I spent too much money on the packs. And the quality was weak sauce. Some of them were ok, but the later ones all had at least one sloppy piece. Also, assomeone else said, other kicks like the 6rings come well made, so I don't know why JB slacked on their retro's.

My biggest individual disappointment is my most recent purchase, the qs XX3's. Beautiful shoes, but poor craftsmanship, and the pinkie toe blister problem.Maybe they will break in, but I am used to wearing Jordan's right out of the box...

Mine would have to be the colorway selection of the "CDP's." I mean, they would succeeded ifthey released the shoes in popular colorways. (Maybe majority votes) There's many things they could have done to make it right. If JB reallywanted to win us over, they should've done a poll in early 2007 for the popular colorways demanded for the CDP's. At least to have options. Thiswould've satisfied majority of its customers, and would've gave us confidence back in JB. True, they ended the year strong with the 11/12 pack,using good materials, but it's already a little too late

It seems they're trying to make up for our loss of interest in them, from2008's disappointment. But to state my case again, JB needs to have a new "Director" of the brand. They made poor decisions, that may cost themgreatly! I may speak for all. You don't need to be a professional to satisfy customers. Just ask us! Oh JB, please no more +colorways of the I's...Keep the OG colorways coming, but no more of the wack stuff. You're killing your name.
 
gotta be the packs. concept good. execution bad. you basically just want 1 shoe from the pack.

fusions and 6 rings for a super close second.

Couldnt agree more. And the Wiz XX3 only dropping in a sz 12. WTH.

sorta disagree with u there like the cdp had a few good descisions the carmines , hares and shadows were nice ; yeah the i's is gettin lot of hurtinskaterboard i's make me so sick but the infired coming out going be nice
 
my biggest disappointment was J.B i watched a commercial where jordan says i dont just allow products to have my name slapped on em. hmm coulda fooled me.
 
not being able to afford all the CRAP coming out. and that JB is coming down... thats a good thing. im done with jordans!
 
My thing is this year was that quite a few of the J'z i wanted to cop didnt release in a sz 14 or they are just plain impossible to get in size 14. Likethe Olympic I's / Olympic F.I.B.A VI / Laser 6 Ring & Nelly 6 Ring / Jordan I High Strap. Theres a few more too but man its hard having big feet.
 
I'd say it was the quality of the CDPs. I mean most of us have the retros and some of us even have the originals to compare them with and the differencesare major!!! Over the concept was good but the colorways . . . SMH
