I've heard that a customer can go into say Best Buy or Circuit City and bargain down the price of a large item, i.e. tv, fridge, dishwhatever.
If there's a TV you want for $799, tell them you'll pay $650 for it and they are allowed to accept your offer. Is this true? I'm going to try it.
