Is it illegal to get with your boss at work?

Recently i got a new boss about 2 weeks ago. And she been trying to violate me since last week. I ain't tryna do anything on my part tho. But shorty gaveme a raise and everything tryna get my attention.

I told her i don't want any relationship and im not the type to hold her down like that so she's just digging her own grave

She's still persistent. Texting me late nights with X rated pics

She's a young manager too, 18, lol.

So what do i do? Im enjoying my priviledge tho, work when i want do what i want

Illegal? Cmon. think about it - can you get put in jail for it? Will the cops write you a citation?


Now ethical - no, its not ethical and could possibly be against company policy, yada yada yada

Usually, your company has a policy regarding employee relations.


If it's problem, then it's up to you if it's worth it.

I was being a smartass dont mind me. Yes you could potentially lose your job over it, but in reality it would probably her getting into bigger trouble.
 
It's illegal, yes... but really depends on what you want, benefits sounds good and all. Besides, let's say you smash just make sure there is no proofthat leads to you, meaning that you made the moves and took advantage of things. I'm thinking if caught, she gets in trouble and not you, but that'sjust me...

had a cougar at my old place. always wore a short skirt to work and tried to dress like she was still in her twenties, not surprising all the interns she chosewere male. queue up the naughty amer.... music

Answer of the question is no but it can get you fired..... conflict of interest for most companies. Plus I'm pretty sure its Duktales because where can a18 yr old become a manager with no collage and make more then $18.75 hr?
