Jim got to keep talking tough cause he not stupid he knows that everyone knows about him getting herbed every other week. So he can't look +$+@@ & thentalk +$+@@. He got to show that heart still. i don get why cat's are on max B's side...max is the biggest clown in this situation...if he stayed out of trouble he wouldnt have had to sign hiscareer over to stay out of jail....

jimmy is just being a business man, and max will never get out of the contract if he talking reckless...
