2008 is almost over, sadly. There were a few pretty good albums this year. Post your top 20:

This is actually a pretty solid list. I'd mess with the order of it and I don't know if I'd put Ghostdeni on there as it's acompilation, but overall not bad.

Others I'd offer up for a top 20; Black Milk - Tronic, Devin the Dude - Landing Gear, Killer Mike - I Pledge My Allegiance to the Grind II, Jake One -White Van Music, the Re-Up Gang album and several mixtapes that dropped this year.

And there's more, I'm sure of it.
 
@JPioneer -I agree, on NERD, thats arguable, but whatever.

@Breezy- Why?

Jake one was close, he'd make top 30, I guess. Yeah Milk was close, Ice cube came in as 16:smile:. I also liked Skillz- Million dollar backpack and Jurassic 5also dropped a pretty gold album, although there where too amyn instrumentals on it for my taste, for a rap album.
 
Man idk if im just the only one who loved this CD even though it went at least GOLD....

Not a well known artist at least mainstream wise, but if you ask me it's album of the year, or at leats very close. There are a couple of songs of it onyoutube.
