I'm from NYC, I was a teen still when "Tear Da Club Up" came out. But the stories older heads had about that song and the things that happenedwhen that song got played in NY clubs (Not ATL or Memphis but NYC)... 2 words "Buck Fifty!"

But Knuck if You Buck is the more peaceful out of the two. People get just as crunk over it, but without the violence. Plus the bass on that song isridiculous. And chicks really do turn into chickenheads when the girl's verse comes on "WE KNUCKIN' & BUCKIN' & READY TO FIGHT!"

Only NYC "crunk" song I can remember that dj's couldn't really play in clubs with out a fight starting was "Ante Up". Still to thisday I can't for get seeing this kid I went to school with ending up on the wrong side of a '1 hitter quitter' due to this song.
