You guys, every console went hard this year. Well, I cant speak for Xbox360 as I dont follow it but Wii, PS3 and PC all went in. Tough decision.

let's see... 6 million more units sold worldwide, and every decent game except MGS... gee, tough one. It's hilarious that it's even this close acontest.. if the 360 didn't crap out with the RROD and charge for live.. or in other words, if you took away all the extraneous things people hold againstit, this isn't even a question. when you base this off of which one is better at it's best, the 360 owns hard. the only thing holding it back ismicrosoft being cheap.

The Wii did not go in hard. SSB is the only great game that was released. If Nintendo makes a HD console soon though, it's a wrap. Thosefranchises with actual next gen graphics, they'll be selling even more than the current Wii. Plus HD should be cheaper to produce in the next 2 years orso. Sign me up for reserve once they announce it. Hopefully 3rd party producers will bring something besides mini-games, or "lite" versions of theirfranchises.

Which is a pretty valid reason for people to vote for another console. No one want's a machine that might fail on them....when you look at something, youhave to look at it as a whole. You can't just be like, "it's not even close, if it wasn't because blah blah this wouldn't even be acontest".

thats a lot of big ifs... so if the sony rushed their product and launched the ps3 b4 the 360, they would have owned everyone including the wii.timing is a big factor and microsoft knew this. they risked the quality of their product just so they can be the first wit the next gen console out. so far...its worked initially but not for the long run.Originally Posted by sauuceking
