Someone explain to me what my parents new naighbor is doing....

neighbor that owns the house moved out west for a job opportunity and left his house for sale/rent. About a month ago a guy about 20-30...(cant really tell)came and rented the house. The place is valued around 250k, 3 bed 2 bath....im sure it fetches at least $1500 for rent. So my parents are old and all aboutmonitoring the neighborhood and they tell me he stops in 2-5 times a day, parks his car in the driveway, walks in while carrying nothing and stays anywherebetween 5-10 minutes. My parents insist that he is in and out rather quickly, but never carries anything in or out. He has never stayed the night, no car inthe driveway. And he always comes between noon and 11PM. Never at any really late or early times....he dresses rather normal and always waves and smiles whenmy parents are out side.

i could care less what he is doing. but nothing i come up with makes any sense at all....any guesses?
 
i was thinking he was cheating on his wife and paying rent for his girlfriend to live at the place.... then i saw that he only stays 5-10 minutes

but if u really wanna know wats up... he has a hostage locked up in the house
 
Three things:

A) If you could care less what he's doing why are you asking

B) Naighbor? Really?

C) How are we supposed to know what he's doing?
 
who cares... its call privacy..

sometimes its better not knowing... esp ur naighbors...never get to close to ur neighbors...simple fact
 
For real it sounds as if your parents have nothing better to do...buzz off the guys jock.
