Ahh, the ignorance in this thread. So Wale sucks? really?? Then who currently would you consider good, please tell me. I don't see how he's being"salty" either considering he has a record deal and his album is dropping in the near future. I swear some of ya'll just hate for the sake ofit.

I don't want to join on the wale hate cause I actually feel some of his lyrics but his flow is disgusting (but not in the TI on swagga like us way moresoPapoose on A Milli way) and if he doesnt change that he's going nowhere fast.


But what do I know I'm just a fan on the internet.

& stop hating on Solange! Her last album is in my top 10 for 2008

He got dropped cause he didn't wanna lose weight...

But what about Pun, he went PLAT on both albums....

I actually like the song....

And about the Wale thing being wack or not, I understand both views because up until a lil before Mixtape about Nothing hit he was garbage IMO, his other tapesI wasnt feeling at all. I did not like dude. His flow has gotten better(what I see as his main strength/weakness) but it was real hit or miss before.

I initially thought his flow "regressed" on MTAN, at least in comparison to 100 Miles and Running...either way anybody who says hedoesn't have flow gets a stoneface from me...There's aspects of his music i could see people having problems with due to personal taste but"flow" sure as hell aint one of them, that's usually when i know n_'s is reaching just to hate.

Im not reaching to hate I've been down with Wale since I went out to DC in 06 and I always wanted good things for him but if you dont thinkhis flow is his greatest weakness he must be GOAT to you cause thats all hes lacking

Damn well maybe I'm wrong cause it seems like I'm the only one but I love his flow on certain songs....I can't really speak on his $%%@ that cameout prior to 100 Miles because i really haven't listened to much of it aside from a couple of songs but on tracks like Daytona Squared, Lets Ride, PleaseListen, Wale DANCE, Good Girls, Work, etc n's flow is just effortless. You can't deny that his breath control is ridiculous. It's not your genericflow by any means but that $%%@ is raw to me. I swear his flow on Breakdown might be my favorite. First time i heard it i thought he was just kind of off butthat $%%@ grew on me, took me a few listens to really grasp it.

On MTAN on the other hand songs like Kramer (dope lyrics) i couldn't even ride to it really.

His flow may not be traditional but i *#%% with that $%%@ heavy, $%%@ is pretty unique.

To me his flow on Nike boots and Eye no DC is what I hear most of the time and it's just so "raw" that it takes away. Like a bad flow is like amisplaced lyric you can be vibing to the song then you hear him squeeze or stretch a word and it makes you go

ADD and Please Listen his flow is unmatched but that was one of mybiggest drawbacks with the Seinfeld jumpoff
