Definitely not better than Jay's..

No disrespect, but unless you're from BK, you're opinion on this freestyle/song is irrelevant. I'm not trying to be an A-hole by saying thateither. That's just how it is.

Jay made a song for ALL music fans to appreciate. EVERYONE knows Jay could've went harder on the original. But he would would've lost a wider audiencethus defeating the purpose of making the song in the first place. I mean it's the lead single to the Biggie movie for crying out loud. If the movieproducers only wanted Brooklyn residents from the hood to only go see the movie, Fab's freestyle with references to damn near EVERY major BK spot gets thenod. If you want to bring in the interest of the rest of the world, you go with Jay's watered-down subject matter and you throw an indie-pop sensation onthe record.

Fab did what Jay couldn't do (but damn sure tried his hardest to) on the other hand and made a joint for ALL BROOKLYN RESIDENTS to appreciate. Of course it's for EVERYONE to enjoy, but not for all tounderstand. This is our inside joke so to speak.

Anyway... This is straight Yellow Top music. My dude mentioned the Country House LOL. Best "5am after the club Cheesestakes" in NYC!

LOSO FTW.

Fab is killing it as expected. The good thing about Fab if you just listen to music his albums are great, if you like breaking down hip hop line for line (evenI had to think about the sean john line) his mix tapes are great. The issue is there is no gray area, the people who don't really care about lyricsdon't really mess with his mixtapes and well same goes the other way around. I cant blame the dude because his girly tracks sell his albums and pay hismortgage. Hopefully his new album is 50/50 to keep everyone happy. There is no debate whether he can murder a track though.

I understand what you mean..BK gonna appreciate it more regardless..
but fans all over won't succumb to that fact..
Plus I've heard G.o.D. Jewels- Let's Go.. and that definitely has Chicago anthem written all over it..
But my n' made it relate to everybody while ref. spots in his city.. Fab on the other hand, like I said, the flow wasaight..
he tried to mimic Jay's but it definitely wasn't better..
