I know what you're getting at....but it's funny how you equate how much money you spend with respect...whether it be the guy OR the girl paying.

to answer your question... the most ive prolly spent on a first date was like 80 or so. we did a couple things, restuarant, movie, lounge. pretty cool date

Dudes have spent at least 40 for us on a first date, all the way up to 150ish. Of course that includes dinner, a couple of drinks…and a movie (once in a fewfirst dates). The amount always depends on where you go out to, and it has nothing to do with being a gentleman!

Someplace nice, but not too nice.
If I like her enough, maybe we'll grab some drinks, so that's another $20, maybe $30 if she's the chocolate martini type.
After that, you go home and either plan for the next date, or plan on making the "I had fun, but..." phone call.

Pricey, but Ended up being a great investment.
