depends on how close your family is. My mom co-signed for my first car. So if she needed it, thank God she doesn't, I would do it for her or my sister. But anyone else would get the

- no need to co-sign for anything, save up and pay cash.

when i was searching for a new car..my mom didn't wanna co sign for me at all..she co-signed for her ex fiance and he couldn't make the payments sothat messed up her credit..i needed a co signer b/c i didn't have a lot of credit history..in the end i got lucky and was able to get a car without a cosigner

well this is the car not the exact one but exactly alike, price on it was 16,000(used)

Atleast its only 16.

It woulda been worse if it was a brand new car over 25k.

My girl wants that TL, shes got a 03 right now.

feel u , You could of stepped in as a sibling... ie talked to dude..tell him to give her space.

a few yrs ago. I got in a big fist fight with my sisters h.s sweet heart ( they were going at it for about 5 yrs then ), he cheated on her.. i found out..

my sister was mad at me for a few months but she understands now.

Why though?...what better a time and opportunity to teach you kid how to manage their money and finances by NOT co-signing?
