AFTER Christmas SALES FTW!!!............ vol. 60% off, 70% off

Went to Walgreens. 75% off all Christmas candies. Bags of Hershy kisses for 50cents. Came home with 6 bags. In assorted flavors I might add.

I don't partake anymore though, but when I was a TA, I would always go after Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc. and scoop up as much "Clearance" candy as possible and give it to kids in my class.

I'm trying to be frugal, so all these "Sales" are really making it hard.
 
keep in mind though-- january 5th might bring rock bottom prices... but on what? the more trips I take to the mall... the less attractive merchandise I'mseeing-- If you see something you like on sale, keep your eye on it... it might not be there for long.
 
I bought Rock band 2 for PS3 from bestbuy for $37.

They had mad games on sale I should have picked up Fallout 3 as well oh well.
 
Everything will be picked through by Jan. 5th. Best idea is to buy now and get price adjustments. I can't tell you how many people I see refuse to do thatand they come in the day it goes on sale and it's already sold out.

damnit i missed out on rock band 2!
 
I went to the Chicago Premium Outlets yesterday. I went to the Hilfiger store and they had everything in the store 50% off. I'm not a big brand name typedude so I picked up some sweaters and jeans from there. The Polo outlet had some decent items. I picked up some black Polo jeans for $20. Went to Gap store andpicked up some black jeans and a polo shirt for $34. Yeah I'm thinkin 09 will be a good year for sales.
 
I killed the Polo Outlet on Sunday morning...

its a double edge sword...times are scary...I'm stuck being more frugal than normal in fear of the unknown with the economy..I be overthinking stuff...likemacys selling stuff for cheap and that might be the last time the checker rings anything up..
