Saddam was horrible for most of the people of Iraq however, What's more important in this conversation is how things are actually much worse for the peopleof Iraq now that the US has instigated a civil war between sunnis and shias which in turn completely screws the Kurds as they probably will end up land lessafter the dust is settled. When the US does finally pull out of Iraq, the Talaban will move in and have so many pissed off young people to choose from to puton their team that I fear the repercussions we will face in the years to come. *Steps off soap box*

It's a double edge sword, he did some horrible things to his people and country but on the other end, now that he's gone, it's seems to be worsethere now than ever before.

He also did some really good things for his country too. Unfortunately, the bad outweigh the good.

The Taliban works mostly in Afghanistan and some areas in Pakistan not Iraq.
You probably mean al-Qaida

I hope Satan fists him every night. He was a waste of sperm. I have no remorse for what happened to him

I remember thinking when it got announced that he was captured that he would never actually get executed, or that it would be years. Then like two days laterit was all over that he was gone...

its a lil too late to be on that soap box per se but I hear you. Unfortunately its the US's responsibility to make sure that doesn't happen now butwithout making it seem like they are just there to increase a US influence in the Middle-East. That whole area is a ticking time bomb.

YO check this out:

In Arabic, al-Qaeda has four syllables. However, since two of the Arabic consonants in the name (the voiceless uvular plosive [q] and the voiced pharyngeal fricative [ʕ]) are not phones found in the English language, the closest naturalized English pronunciation is IPA: /ælˈkɑ
