As we head into 2009 the decade is almost over. 2000 seems like it wasnt long ago since that whole Y2K thing was the big uproar. So NT heads, What were youdoing in 2000?

I graudated H.S.
Started my 1st year of undergrad
Almost became a daddy
Purchased those Jordan XVI, and those Flightposite KG

Enjoyed being 18 so I could go to the clubs

was in the hospital visiting my grand mother. and she passed away early 2000, that's how i spent most 80% of 99 also
 
damn, that was a good year.

Makes me sad just thinking about all the good times i had back then compared to now.

19 year old, freshman in college
-worked endless hours at best buy to purchase body kit, rims, exhaust, headers, paint job, sound system, etc. for my honda civic hatchback that i used to putinto hot import nights and import showoff car shows.. those were mad fun back in those days.
-bought the jodan xv's
-listened to a lot of cash money millionaires and no limit stuff
-succesfully spit major game in the AOL chatrooms.. a time when "age/loc?" was so simple yet effective.
 
Around the time when i first started smashing shorties down. Aint nothing like them first couple of times gettin it in
 
Went to Philippines in the summer
7th grader.
Copped a PSone.
watching WWF Raw and Smackdown
Transferred to a diff. middle school in late November or early December
Enjoyed Bill Clinton's final year in office

The Golden Year.

I was in kindergarten and was listening to the the cash money millionaires, (when lil wayne was cool) also Eminem.

When all my cousins were fun and outgoing, but now they're old and have kids, which means I'm a uncle now.

i had already graduated college but i was delivering pizzas

had to pay hefty cover at the bar on '99/'00 - but bar had taxi
service for everyone...that was cool

began copping 'retros' - 1 year too late in my book
 
Started junior high, sort of a weird phase in my life -- transitioning from kid to teen with puberty and all.
Lakers beat the Pacers in the finals, mini riot outside Staples. Good times.
