I mean, what's it like?

Can they lead normal lives - I can only imagine what the kids at my school would have done to the poor wretch if word got out that his/her mother was pr0n star

Do they tell the kid about it? If so, when? What happens if she is/was a big name star with lots merchandise everywhere.
 
Most of those "stars" dont even tell their parents I doubt their kids know. Unless of course they tell them when they're older or some kid spotsher when she goes to pick up her kid(s).
