The one thing I hate is the kids that sit at their computer emailing me all day. Some people just assume you must have the same schedule as them, so if Ihaven't replied to their message at 3 pm by 5 I got 2 more from them freaking out like I just ran off with their cash. I always make sure and let them knowthat I'll ship within 2 days of payment, but they still freak out.

those are the impatient type of people. got nothing to do but wonder and wait for their shoes. im kind of like that. usually checking my tracking number nstuff. but i dont email them...

Would you collect the money and then tell the customer to come back whenever you're ready to give him his/her items? When its convenient to you? Its notsupposed to be convenient to the seller, its supposed to be convenient to the consumer.....
I can't stand dudes like you OP, if I send my money out to you in a timely fashion I expect the same from the seller. Thats how #*(@*# happens on ebay.Seller takes a week to ship, you message him, he doesnt reply and then you have to leave negative feedback when you think you haven't gotten your shoesboom, they arrive...
Its just not a good way to conduct business is all I'm saying. Just because you're conducting business from the comfort of your home doesn't meanyou should have a overly lax attitude to selling.

What if you ran an online business? Would you reach through the computer screen and hand them their object they just bought?? You'recomparing apples and oranges. Even the most reliable and trusted online businesses don't ship the same day you purchase all the time. On top of that, mostanyone selling shoes, is doing it as a little side gig to suplement their income, meaning more than likely they have school or work, or even both most of thetime m-f, so time to ship stuff can be hard to come by.
I'm not going to inconvenience myself or rearrange my schedule to ship a pair of shoes off to you, its gonna happen when I have time, that time willprobably happen within a day or 2, but sometimes its gonna be longer. You're confusing selling shoes with an actual business. I don't care too muchabout repeat customers, or word of mouth publicity since I'm selling maybe 3-5 shoes a year and neither one is gonna hurt me.
I don't know why you'd leave negative feedback after a week or 2, even if he doesn't reply to your message, thats just being a little quick tooverreact.

I have a 24 hour PO in the area that I use religiously. If payment arrives anytime before 12:00 midnight, shoes are shipping...If not then first thing on theway to work. Do good and it always comes back to you.
