He had time to think about it too....You can see him gripping his pistol for a minute before standing up, aiming, and taking his shot....

What I ment was him making that decision was awful but qualifing him as a veteran in a situation that looks like he had no business handling was a mistake

Yeah that's no mistake. Don't call it a mistake, because you're only giving this entre police force a pass/benefit of the doubt. Thegun "discharged" according to the cops. They're not admitting that the cop shot the kid and now they have their own people"investigating" the happening. What is there to investigate when you have a video showing the scumbag officer shooting the kid while being face downand under arrest? This was murder.

If it were that guy who killed the cop he'd get the chair....matter of fact he'd been riddled with bullets right on the spot...


Why show leniency to a person because of a badge?

Its not going to help that the family already has a lawyer, John Burris, I believe, and is going to sue for $25m.

That most likely will get settled out of court.

I cannot believe, nor hope, that the office HONESTLY intended to shoot a defenseless person on the ground....Obviously, anything is possible...This was BARTpolice, they've never been known to use force.
