Which one do you use the most? I use to only carry cash for the most part. So far this year, I've been using my atm card lately. Do you think you savemoney by using one over the other?

ATM at reliable places. Cash at the hood spots. I don't trust the dickies outlet with my bank info.

- back in 2000 an ATM at my bank malfunctioned while i was trying to withdraw $300. it took the bank a month to get me my cheese, and that was only because igot fed up and talked to the bank president. crazy thing is there was a whole list of folks it done that to on the same day....all waiting on the bank to getthrough with their investigation on the malfunction.
- what pissed me off was, what if that was bill money, or something i had to have as soon as possible? and thats what i dont like about banks, you mess up andits fees on top of fees and intrest. they mess up and all you get is a 'my bad' if and when they feel like it. i havent used an atm since. i dont knowmy code so i couldnt take out money if i wanted to.
- oh and if you ask me id say cash helps you save money. always using the atm doesnt give you the scope of how much you're spending at the time.

I only carry around large amounts of cash when Im gambling or partying...Otherwise I have like $100 max on me

I use cash for the most part, every once in a while my debit card. I think that cash will help you save more, for me, when I use cash, I save up the change,and once I get a large amount I cash it in.

I need to have both on me at all times, though. Never know when you're gonna need a ham & cheese on a roll from the bodega. Try handing that dude acard, hell look at you like you're crazy. And the surcharge at the bodega ATMs are like $1.50. Get the hell outta here.
When I'm purchasing anything like clothes or electronics, its strictly plastic. It eases the pain of spending all that money. When I bought my 360 cash, ithurt to hand over like 30 twenty dollar bills.

card for sure...hardly use cash. i even use cards at the strip club.
