Fake Sneakers Vol. Goodwill/Homeless

I recently found a fake pair of black/black retro Xs in my closet from a few years ago (
smh.gif
at ebay). I DO NOT condone fakes in any shape or form and I have thrown out fakes before. But I got to thinking, would it be wrong for me todonate my fake kicks to Goodwill? Because even though there fake, I'm sure there are some people out there that can use them. There are also a fewhomeless people that live around me and I've given them blankets and things before, would it be wrong to give them a fake pair of sneakers?? Icouldn't solve this delema on my own so I want to see how some other people feel on the issue. Also, if NT wants pics I can provide them, just let meknow.
 
na man donate them. if i was homeless id rather have fake sneakers than no shoes at all
 
they're shoes....you really think a homeless person will care? +%@%....the average person wouldn't care.

...Really. Homeless people aren't going to ask for a"legit check". You've got two choices;
1. Keep the shoes in the closet.
2. Give them away to someone who needs them.
Choose wisely, man.

are u serious dude? I think thats the LAST thing a homeless person thinks aboutwhen it comes to shoes. grow up man smh. but it is good of u to donate them tho, most NTers would just throw the fakes in the fireplace and watch them burn lol

This is exactly why i stopped collecting sneakers.

Who gives a damn if the shoes are real? i don't rock fakes, never have.

Let them do them, stop taking it so seriously. They aren't imposing there fakness on you so why do you care?

you would be suprised. I worked at a deli once and i got a bunch of good food i would usually take home and i was going to give it to the homeless and dudesaid no. Changed my perception ever since.

You're doin' it wrong...

But a homeless person wouldn't care if a show was fake....unless he/she was a former sneaker collector. Then they still wouldn't care 'cause ifthey needed shoes, then bang, there they go.




Post the pics.
 
Just donate them. They won't give a damn if the shoes are real or fake. I don't condone fakes either, but at least you'll be helping them for acause anyway.

Ya give them to goodwill my only thing is I had a friend and my nephew who owned a pair of fakes and wore them all the time. (I have two pairs, Ebay) Anywaythey came apart horribly after some time. I mean the Sole split and the toe box un-stitched and this was after 6-8 months of wearing them. Better then havingno shoes though right.

Did I say I cared? I simply said fakes are fakes but I also said give them the shoes since they need them. I don't call dudes out on fakes unless they comeat me with some noise. I don't care why you stopped. It doesn't mean anything to me. I simply said fakes are fakes. Deal with it.

Shoes are shoes I guess. Some people try to hard to be "neo thinkers". "I just stop collecting because it got to serious"

well yeah the homeless person is a no brainer. But I really meant more for Goodwill. I know there are a lot of non-homeless people that shop there and Idon't feel to good about putting fake sneakers back into circulation. For example, if someone who doesn't know any better goes to Goodwill, sees a pairof Jordans for $10 or less, and rocks the hell out of them thinking that they got a good deal.
