What do you think the next generation won't have to deal with? I personally think:

-Gas Prices- I'm pretty sure that the government will finally release vehicles that run on something that costs very little e.g. water.
-Slow internet- Everything on the net will probably be instant, no waiting/ loading at all.

interesting post but i just can't think of any

my children won't have a problem deciding where to go fishing because we will all die before then.

which new materialistic item to purchase, won't be any malls/wasteful spending areas around

thats already not a problem. America is like 29th in terms of internet speed. in japan the number one for internet they can dl a movie in likeunder 5 minutes they are so much faster than us.

The hilarity and frustration that can ensue trying to go on a road trip with foldout map.

Mapquest has almost eliminated this and pretty soon gps in all cars will give it the fatality.

The type of thinking that "the government will finally release vehicles that run on something that costs very little e.g. water." The Govermentdoesn't release anything

I talk about this from time to time... Jobs in the technical field will change a lot. NOBODY will be paying to have things done like software installs orsimple computer stuff like that because children born today are growing up with computers and things like that, so they'll pretty much know how to do mostof everything except program, unles they make using a computer more complicated, which I doubt they will.

Jobs in the computer field will be a lot more technical and complicated or you wont be making any money.

^^^I never thought ill be able to smoke in a cops face until I seen the night scene in Houston,Tx. The cops could care less...to many boppers

playing video games w/ cartridges

Playing games with cassette tapes!! Took like 6 minutes to load a game - so you played the same ones for hours rather than having to load another one.
