Could somebody review these please. They look pretty funky this year. I didnt like the 5s for performance, the traction was horrible and they heated up way to much for my liking. Felt like a suana on my feet. Thanks for any help.

Well, I am not a shoe expert, but I can give you a comment.
I played in them for 8 hours.. maybe bit more.
This is a great shoe. Personally, I love this better than any Air Jordans.
Great traction, comfort, and support... nothing bad for me.
I am 6 2, and wear sz 12.

I'm curious about the formotion technology on the shoe.
What do think about it?
Could you notice it during play?
Do you feel that it enhanced court feel?
Etc...

Thanks

^^ All I can say is that the traction, responsiveness, and comfort are very good; 9-10 for each. Ankle support is 8-8.5 out of 10 probably.

I am not a shoe expert, that explains how a technology works well, so I can not give you a technical review. But, I have been wearing tons of Jordan, Nike... and some Adidas.. This is def. great shoe. Imo, better than most of Jordans and Nikes.

Formotion tech. is there, I believe. Don't expect huge impact, but it helps on cutting/slashing. You can feel small difference.
If you play sf or any g positions, you will not be regret on getting tmac 6.

^^do u think of it as a huge improvement from the TMAC 5, and what about comparing it to shoes like the AZK1, 2k4, or XXI, LBJIV

^^ I never loved ZK1 and 2K4.

2K4 still hurts my feet, and the ankle strap bothers me.
I never felt that 2K4 was comfortable. The shoes overall fit is too too too tight.

ZK1 is a good shoe, but I did not like the shoe.
The shoe delayed me when I tried to make a drive-in movement. I think that the shoe is bad for cutting/slashing.
I hate the forefoot area of ZK1.

XXI was mad heavy for me. I don't believe that XXI is built for g positions. 'Looks' is horrible too.

LBJ IV is also mad mad mad heavy shoes. I tried them on, but I will pass. I might cop all black one for rocking..... that's all. Cushioninh was bit firm too.

If I compare Tmac VI to Air Jordans......., then AJ 14 OG and AJ 17 OG are only better balling shoe in some areas(not overall). 14 is lighter, and 17 has crazy ankle support.... Tmac VI is real deal.

Compare to Tmac V, Tmac VI shows a huge improvement on the traction area.

Well Tmac VI is not light but not that heavy.
People have different taste, but I really love Tmac VI.
You better play in them.

Well, please remember that this is just my opinion; not everyone thinks the same as I do.

i just ebayed the black/red, hopefully ill play in em in a week or so and review it sometime

I held the T-mac 6's in my hand and they felt pretty bulky, your foot sits pretty high off the ground in these, Im not a fan of them really. they look alright, but I dont think I would like playing in them.

^^ If that's your case, go for other shoes.
But, since you never played in them, then you can not say that Tmac VI is a bad hooping shoe.
Like I said above, it is just my opinion.
Tmac VI is not bulky for me.
I think that you are a Nike guy like I used to.
There are tons of choice though.
The thing that I can tell you is that I am 200% satisfied.

How can you tell if a shoe is bulky and sits high off the ground without putting them on your feet?

true oh true! U have to put them on to find out! U cant tell by just looking at the midsoles.

ggotsonyun, does the TMAC VI have a good fit and cushioning? and what about its stability?

i tried em on at footaction. they didnt feel THAT high off the ground. the fit felt pretty good from what i can remember. cushioning was just alright. felt a little firm.

this is the LIGHTEST shoe ever.

when i tried them on, it felt like nothing was on.

def. the best shoe out.

gotta put it on ur feet to know.

imo the cushioning doesnt compare to zoom air. id take zoom air over this any day.

It's really hard to compare shoes when it's new as it's only good to compare shoes after they've been broken in.
Cheers,
