ill be optimistic....im not expecting Dark Knight quality so i think ill be ok with my expectations.
 
I just read they added abbey Elliott for Irma. I guess they're really using the original cartoon for the movie.

A serious live action version of the cartoon would be dope though.  I wanna see the turtles ****ing up some cyborg foot soldiers, the Technodrome blowing **** up, and Raid style fight scenes with Bebop and Rocksteady.  They'll have to change Krang's body suit though lol.

Of course a movie based on the OG comics or the reboot comics would be even better.
 
I cant lie. being that i was fortunate enough to be able to see the first TMNT movies on the big screen, I wish nothing but the absolute worse for this new project, and may this movie fall short of the mark on every single level.

Can't say I share the sentiment. I have twin boys that love TMNT. And not just the new turtles, the OG cartoon as well. I showed them episodes of the 80s cartoon some years back. I was amazed at how much they liked it. I must say myself, the new cartoon is really good. They've beaten the OG TMNT game and the updated Turtles in Time multiple times. They have the toys, love em. With all that said, I'm hoping they have a similar experience as I did as a child. Therefore, I'm hoping the movie turns out great. Not too excited by what I'm seeing so far, though.

As long his big dumb movies keep making money, hollywood will green light him for anything. They'd let him remake Citizen Kane if they knew they'd make money.

Lol i hate to have that kinda attitude, but its hard to get excited for remakes/reboots when hollywood just keeps pumping out popular titles with big names just to cash in on first week returns. if they cant bring forth better storylines, just leave it alone.
 
No to the masks and guns. That alone makes me not want to see the movie tbh. Maybe that's just one version of the foot and the other version have regular masks?
