Official TMNT thread, return of the classic giant figures

Now hold on there..lame is a harsh word to use for a cartoon that was big in the late 80s/ early 90s. Lol my 6 year old self would gladly relieve that era again.

I would like to compare it to the Adam west version of batman. Yea, it's cheesy now but it's what made it big in the first place.

But, I will say that you should give the nick toon a chance.

Ok lame may have been harsh lol. I can accept the AWBM comparison but I don't think I can sit and watch an episode of that now either when I used to love that as well.

I do watch the new cartoon and really enjoy it.

I seen this somewhere

"A friend of mine's Girlfriend works on the production team of the new TMNT movie. They finished filming and she gifted me a production made/used scroll use in Shredders temple or whatever its called. Im a huge fan of the turtles and I almost cried when i got this. It's so huge and will get it framed.

It depicts samurai? fighting against Ninja Turtles warriors. I won't be able to post close ups out of respect of the person that gave it to me but wanted to share this cool shot "

I am thinking the IDW reincarnation plot may be in the movie now.[\quote]

Dawg......

Watching that video tho, had me thinking how much the essense of NY was present in those OG films, I really hope that doesn't get washed out in the new ones.

Looks so weird just saying "Ninja Turtles"

So how old are these alien ninja turtles supposed to be in the movie? :nerd:
