All I can say is people have learned from PAST ALl Star Events in DC and Philly that people will pay almost anything to get into a spot they think other celebs are in..
Just to say they were. This is also a way to keep the lines from being out of control. With ALL the parties going on everynight.. it should stretch the people across Vegas...but I still expect it to be out of control everywhere.
We should make up a NIKEtalk party @ $75 a pop.. at Hooters Hotel.. this would probably make a good splash... lol

There is also a dunkxchange event Friday night 4-8 pm Feb 16th at the cosmopolitan club. There is a post in the regional southwest forum for more details, but most people from NY, socal, bay area, and miami should be familiar with what these are. Basically buy/sell/trade kix, live music, and hang out with sneakerheads. so basically a summit with vendors like myself selling kicks.
This will be before most of the club action begins (4-8pm) and is open to all ages for all the youngins.

I have a question for the Vegas Nters, is there a "packaging" store( ie Liquor) store somewhere on or close to the strip. Were flying in from all over and would like to have a couple of bottles of something in the room to get us started in the am. Preferably something between the airport and the Bellagio so we could do it on the way from the airport. Thanks

About 1.5 miles south of the south Nike outlet is a place called Lee's discount liquors...HELLA CHEAP!

I'm surprised no one mentioned about NIKE buying out the TAO nightclub on BOTH Friday & Saturday nights. Invite only though...
Nevertheless, the whole weekend will be busy so wherever you go, you are going to have a good time regardless.

Waddup Baahsir! You are so right on that, I wouldn't pay top billing at a club that sucks on a regular and you know the bartenders are going to rape us on alcohol like re-sellers on eBay (JK). I'm going to be hanging out at the lounges and checking out the females

I'll be in town as well and I wouldn't mind hangin out with a few folks...that is if who I'm staying with wouldn't mind...we'll see what's up. So far it's looking alright for me and any of the Nike/JB stuff. It would definitely be a good birthday if it all works out.
