I'll make a tutorial on how to make a border a different way, which in my opinion is better.
I'll also make one on how to optimize your image. e22s makes it sound like the only way to lower the size is to delete more frames, but there's another way to lower the filesize.

When i convert the file it goes to windows media player then it only plays the sound and it won't upload to ulead.
