Not for me, but my partner. He posted how he barely is able to pay bills because he doesn't have enough money to pay them and his work talked to him aboutit saying that they took it as a insult saying they don't pay him enough. I mean dayum, they suspended him for 2 days and he has to go back in to work andtell them why he should keep his job. I am like are you ... SerIoUs?????

So I take it you can't complain about anything anywhere? Without someone taking it out of order?

, That's some pansy stuff right there.

If they fire him, im going to holler at a friend she's in her 7th year in law school right now, hopefully she can shed some light. Or if there some NTlawyers or whatever then holler.

it depends on the state, i know here in MN we can get fired for no reason at all and it's legal.

tell him to check his employers handbook and see if they have an "employee at will" policy (which they probably do).
and if they do he's kinda screwed unless he knows a lawyer who can perfectly execute the "chewbacca defense."
at school one thing professors stress to us is not leaving an electronic footprint. stuff put online can always come back to hurt you.
this does seem like an extreme case though.

i know a guy who got hired by a company and he posted " tomorrow i start my first day @ my new job working w/ a bunch of blue haired geezers" on hisFB status..

he got fired before starting his first day...

You serious?

lol, see this is why my facebook is staying away from anyone that is hiring me. They can feel insulted all they want, but that *+*$ is personal and if Idon't want them to know things about me well then they have to accept that.

Pre-law for four years in undergrad, plus 3 years of law school puts you at seven. Stop reaching.
