Plus in the SMACK DVD, when he was riding his H2 and showin his guns, he said $200K WORTH for the Jewelry, and since they were friends with Jacob he prolly paid $80-100max I would think.


^ Is that right though? Maybe I read your quote wrong, but no way are each of those stones 6.5 carats each. They look like 1-1.5 carats each. In that case the chain is cheaper but your still looking at a very very high number. Each one of those groups looks like 3 stones each. Regardless though if they're 1.5 carats at $10,000 a piece your still talking over a mil. They could be 1.25 carats each which would drop the price even more. It's hard to figure a price though considering we don't know the color and clarity and you know he's getting a good deal on the diamonds if thats what they are. Of course the blue ones are not real blue diamonds. They definately look colored and heat treated. Not sure if there are many people out there rocking "real" blue diamonds straight from the earth. It's funny when I see people showing off their blue diamonds, when in fact they got no clue they were actually colored. Some stores tell the customers, but alot don't.

I was playing with some moss stones earlier and I still can't decide if I like them. Like others were saying they got a rainbow tint to them which gives them a different color when compared to the real deal. Part of me says they look better than diamonds and the other part says they look like good crystals or something.

Ben, do you cop watches and other jewelry pieces to resell? What do you mean for the store? That Jacob watch is crazy hot nonetheless.
 
sometimes, whether it be some crackhead on the street or a thug or a pawn shop and sometimes from a reputable jeweler or dealer who will give me a cost on a piece I can't reach myself.

it's nice to just to have as a display for the store, usually I can make a little profit on it too, never lose money. so why not. plus I get to floss a stupid watch for a while and make a few stacks on it.

that watch is ******ed. over 12 carats in the bezel alone, the band is something else, different colors. etc.

I been wearing too much ice, i'mma chill until ENVY EXPO and just rock my watch and earrings.

I HAVE NO IDEA BRO.....
I get slvr's, sk3's, nokias, all types of things handed to me.
the only thing I know I buy quarterly are dickies and white tees and socks.
other then that, most of my stuff is given to me free.

all the jewels I wear are for sale, everything is for sale, I don't care. F it, sell everything.

Ben answered your question unknowingly...it's b/c when regular joes see famous people rocking / using a company / jewelry store's stuff, word of mouth does the sales for them. It's much cheaper to outfit a high visibility star than to run a national ad campaign.

why wouldnt they get stuff for free/cheap...they are advertisments, these people are seen by massive amounts of people each day.

they are looked up to, and copied. nigo giving pharrel full access to bape probably boost sales big time. LV all over the celebs closets only helps them build that highly respected name even more. etc etc

the media brainwashs people to bring in money, think about it...
