cudi is far from a lyricist and not even a rapper to me.. dude is a pop artist that CAN rap..
its not a stretch to say he will have the most memorable career... but if u ask me i got my cash on Wale

but think about they have to be. In this day and age you have to force me to buy a CD. You have to convince me that your product is so great thateven though I can get it for free I feel the need to pay for it. Music used to be easy. You do a couple demos/mixtape and you either a)got a street buzz orb)some executive fell in love with you (1 in a million). But now you got to be an established before youre even signed. Like I'm not even big on Drake butimagine someone in 2002/2003 with "Brand New", "Replacement Girl", "Man of the Year", 5 songs with 50 Cent (Lil Wayne, because atthe time 50 was the hottest rapper out) and still not be at least pushing 750K easy on Spring Bling, 106 all that +%%%.
