Horrible service. They shoulda made sure they had the shoes first, before charging our CCs. Sorry....but that is not how you run a business. Wouldn't all you guys be pissed too if you paid $200 for the new jordans, yet they avoid telling you up front if you really have a pair or not?

Use a translator son, worked for me. All I had to do was say product numbers, my address, name, credit card, and shipping. They knew the letters so it was easy

I got the same E-mail, and I have an order # under 400 also.

Rev said it best....this is very unprofessional.

Oh well, we will see what happes. Hopefully we all get our pairs in August but I'm not holding my breath.

okay, I got all of my money back, the $400 they put on hold (13 days) and the $500 worth of orders...I filed an afidavit with the credit card company and It returned $$ today, it only took a month! no return emails, no calls whatsoever. shoesvictim indeed.

I finally recieved my chocolate AF1's in the mail...well one pair anyway. I was order 350.....
I guess being patient paid off, but I aint gonna be satisfied till I get my other pair....and tehy charged my card today also...weird....
Hope everyones else gets theirs....

i think if you got the email asking what state you are in you should be getting them.

my order # was less than 400, it was placed on 7/2/02, and i didnt receive a 2nd email asking what state i was in. however, i did get charged $99.67 on 7/3/02, i am waiting til the end of the week til i contact my credit card company.
