Why not ? Using that logic, the great majority of artists out now shouldn't have careers anymore, including 50.

I don't think 50 killed his career I just don't know how people allow him to grab a mic
dude should write a biography on Hip Hop history, that would be the only way shape or form I'd see him making positive mark for hip hop.

I'm sorry but GRODT is a classic only for its beats and entertainment value. Going on lyrics, Fat Joe's worst album is better than GRODT. Go ahead andpost up verses if you want to argue that.

Like you admit, Fat Joe's history in the game is something 50 can only dream of. The new stuff he put out is garbage, but it's on par and even superiorto 50's work. None of his albums were as bad as Curtis, and if anything his past allows him more room to mess up.
Can you imagine 50 rhyming side by side with Pun ? With Big L in DITC ? No more jokes.

I've heard these accusations before but I saw it was angry former TS members talking without any proof so I ignored it. I don't follow mainstreamclosely enough to know.
I doubt he had his entire career ghostwritten for him, but I can see Pun handing him verses like Biggie did to those around him etc. I think he still has abetter flow than 50.

Don Cartegena sounds A LOT LIKE PUN
TS album sounds a LOT LIKE REMY
and I see it being a valid argument that he may sound better than 50... but I think we can all agree that 50 actually writes his stuff and Fat Joe... notlooking so good

Still, If Joe was just carried around on everyones back for all these years I would think more would have gotten out. I am almost certain no one wasghostwriting for him in his DITC days and you can't front, he as spitting some raw material back then.
