Ive only been to clubs and thinknig about going to a lounge this week. I was just trying to know what the difference between both of them and which one isbetter?

lounge is like everything is VIP... couches everywhere
the 2nd part of your question is a matter of preference.

more chill and laid back. good for going to chill with folks and enjoy drinks and food. like a club minus the loud music and dancing

the lounges i have been to is basically a club with chairs. still loud as hell and people dancing everywhere, just some couches in the mix.

alot of lounges dont have people dancing, just standing or sitting on couches and chillin.

Lounges > Clubs

Although some nights you just feel like you'd rather go dance... then you got to hit up the club cuz lounges have the smallest dance floors

Love lounges more than clubs. More relaxed and chill atmosphere. None of these coked up goons looking for fights once they get a drink in them either.

did some post go missin?

i was tryin to quote the OP when he said bout pickin up girls at a lounge being easier.
my guess is that its harder if you just tryin to smash. but just a guess.

Clubs
- Large areas for dancing
- Generally a younger crowd
- Very, very loud, hard to hold up a conversation
- Music is strictly for dance
- Large bars, mainly serving fountain drinks and bottled beers
- Not very ideal to meet people, unless for hook-ups

Lounge
- Small area for dancing, if any at all
- Nicer decor
- Smaller but nicer-looking bars, serving cocktails in glasses and beer on tap
- Still loud, but still able to hold up a conversation
- Seating areas with tables, with optional table service, and waitresses
- More opportunity to meet people

My city has "adult lounges." I must be missing something. Sounds like a strip club to me, you just chose a name with a bit of a different connotation

A lot of them are nearly the same thing. Loud music, alcohol, dancing... sometimes they put "lounge" in the name to try to attract a different crowd.I've been to clubs that have more seating than "lounges." In theory, the average club is more dance-oriented, while a lounge is more... well,lounge-oriented.

Lounges are much better.......you definitely want to be able to kick game. Not really able to do that except with body language at the club.
