but since there were no witnesses they can claim that he shot at the police first. I just find it hard to believe that he shot first considering that he got shot in the back TWELVE times. But lets be serious here we will never actually know the truth of this situation because officers have the "blue wall of silence"

but seriously this police brutality needs to stop.

Yea this is true but remember, ballistics. I'm pretty sure every casing recovered from the scene was police issued.

I said it before and I'll say it again...

Since when has cops killin been coo, but cop killin is considered bad news? Take a walk in our shoes. Take a moment and switch views, bothcrimes, we lose....

That's the thing, where is all that police video that they an provide for "WORLD MOST DANGEROUS CRIMINALS PT.3" on TRU TV , yet they
can't provide a video for this many rounds going off on this man that never got into trouble.
Damn, it makes it feel like you got to have a camera phone or
digital camera to get cops doing wrong, and in the end, it will still take 3 investigations and a riot to get things moving.

Don't even get me started on how the night of the Oscar Grant shooting (same night) EVERY SINGLE surveillance camera on the platform was mysteriously outof commission. BART stations are probably the most surveyed spots in all of Oakland, I'm talking about multiple camera's in each direction so that youalways have at least two views of any given area.

When our we gonna take our country back from these thugs?

I have gone on the record stating i really dislike cops, but people really need to understand not all cops are "bad". Its the individuals who abusetheir power and use excess force to display their "power" that tarnish the reputation of Police Departments. I know several cops that go everythingby the book and even reluctant to ask for discounts on food, which other cops demand it...If anyone is given power, chances are they are going to abuse it.

More than likely "NO LA" popped up on his teleprompter, based on the way he corrected himself. Don't take it personal.

I know Bart surveillance is that serious, BUT DAMN GINA, seriously, I didn't know Bart cameras are out of commission? Come on man, it'sNEW YEAR'S. These city officials, Bart, and any other agency are just trying to look at how they can save money and save face through these hard times. Ihate it though how when one shooting involving officers gets caught on tape and then a nationwide media catches along and makes it HOTT. Just like theColumbine school shootings. Dammit, these things needs to be brought to our attention ASAP. That's why the media has no chance to lie to us now because wethe people can google and find the truth.

OMG it was a conspiracy! ... Seriously, what does that have to do with the officer shooting that kid in the back? He shot the kid in front of acrowded BART train.

I won't say anything until the real report comes out. 14/48 is just odd. I can only imagine two scenarios: shootout or a shot was fired prematurely andthe kid tried running for his life.

I know not all cops are bad. Cops are like God in way, when they do good for you , you appreciate them, but when they do wrong to you, there is nosuch thing as a GOD. But DAMN 14 times and the FBI has to be involved????? This victim got killed with no video and FBI is in it.
