Bachelor Pad Essentials?

Jesus you guys really put a premium on being schlitzed don't you? How about some nice art or bookshelves.

yea son was wilding with the $2500 - i mean theres a few essentials you need to have on deck and then you can stock up on others when its party time orsomething - if you just bringing a shorty home you dont have to have 8 different vodkas for her to choose from -

that money is better spent elsewhere...

All you need is a nice leather couch, an area rug, kitchen/dining room table, nice linen for your bed and a solid color comforter,
some kitchenware/dishes, and a rug or two for the bathroom and curtain if you don't have a sliding door.

Keep the bathroom clean, remember to dust and vacuum and clean your mirrors regularly.

I think most of these guys are going a lil od on the liquor tho. Some wine, a vodka and maybe a bottle of Patron or Malibu
with a juice to mix with in the fridge should be enough.

You should have guest towels and wash cloths in case a lady friend wants to spend the night and maybe even a spare toothbrush.

Scented candles or Glade-type room freshners are a nice touch as well. Smell is the closest sense tied to memory so if you have
a nice smelling place, a female will remember that aroma and in turn think of you.

Then they'll tell you but on the whole a well behaved animal can only help your chances they make you seem loving and responsible.

Falcon4567, maybe your kinda chicks like animals or something. But for the most part, chicks hate a dirty house and animals = dirty house. I'm not talkingabout stupid Paris Hilton dogs, chicks like those. But girls don't like animal hair everywhere and little dogs jumping on their lap and licking their legsand $$%%.

No Pets > Pets. Always if you're asking a chick over.

games-cards dominoes pool table would be nice
liqour
condoms
toothbrushes
extra towels
music
food....not microwavable but somehting to cook
grill

Of course they're not gonna like pet hair everywhere cause that going to make them think you're bad at cleaning your house. And if you have a yappy dogthat doesn't know how to behave itself that's your fault cause you haven't trained it to act around people; my dog's never been a hindrancewith women, I can mess up my chances all on my own thank your very much.

I figured you were a pet owner, the way you are defending it. It's funny, cause I've never had a pet and would never want one. But to each his own.

Well I was either gonna be a pet owner or a werewolf and I think ioRound3 hit on something we've all missed; having games around are greatwhether with a girl or just with a bunch of friends.

I've been living the bachelor pad life for over a year now and looking back I would say the most essential items have been alcohol without a doubt. Comesin so handy on those nights where nothing is really popping and a gang of folks just wanna chill at your place. And they have contributed to a lot ofadventurous get-togethers too...

I bought my condo nearly a year ago, and the essentials are a cool bar (stocked), a big tv and blu ray, and 1000 thread count bed sheets.

-TV
-Gaming Console
-Computer Desk
-Bed
-Microwave
-Couch

That's pretty much all you need. I eat on a Wal-Mart folded card table with some folding chairs

Don't skimp on sheets. Get some good 600+ count sheets.
