Yea Meth is pretty sick wit it. I used to get mad back when you'd try to argue your pov and he just comes with some off the wall $+* that you'd have toagree with. I'd be like "damn.....he's right though".

I'm assuming that if i had sufficient knowledge on whatever topic wass at hand, and chose to go into my serious mode, I could hold my own againstMeth. It's really just a matter of having a solid lexicon and solid reasoning skills, The rest is knowing how to structure an argument in writing, andI'm pretty decent with that as well when I'm being 100% serious (which I never am online). Meth isn't a God or a computer, he's just really,REALLY good at typing up an argument.
 
Really thought this was about Old Dirty Bastard and Method Man. I was like "when was Method man a great thinker?"

Either way...I would hate to even start with the two. Every time I see Dirty post somewhere, I never even bother to say anything just in fear of a rebuttalthat would come if I said anything stupid. Dude got me shook on his words....

RZA got some science but it is really of the wall. Actually WU has some deep dudes but sometimes it'll be on some dumb stuff.....and for some reason when Ithink about them, I always remember when Ghost was talking about making some Wu Wallys on the Iron Man CD. Got mad jazzed over making some boots two toned.

And the reason it threw me off was cause the thread starter called Dirty "Dirt McGirt"........aka Big Baby Jesus.
 
I really wish I could write and talk like most of you guys. I have a lot to say most of the time but have trouble using the correct terms/words/phrases. I cantalk and I can read right better than the average but sometimes I would like to sound a little smarter. I be amazed by some of the @@$ you guys post. I lovereading but can't write @@$ even close t it.
 
Dirty would win because he would lead a revolt as he got all other admin's and mods to turn against Meth as he made his play for the throne.

see, i'm the oppostie, i can't imagine why/how people are deficient at using their native language...

English is fun as !@!* to play around with

you definitely don't sound like a dumb dude, you know?

so i dunno....my advice would be to read more, or even play around by purposely using vocabulary not in your "everyday" lexicon

that is probably a good idea. But personally i think its a great for you if you can articulate the same general point without using all of thelarge vocabulary & eloquent words like that. I know alot of people that get offended if i do that, they seem to think im trying to prove my superiority tothem. So while it is great to be able to articulate your points very eloquently, but it is also a great skill to be able to get to the same point without usingthe same type of vocabulary. So that everybody can understand your point without the difficulty of trying to decipher the vocabulary.

I honestly don't see what's so "deep" about that rhyme. He's making simple play-on words using Star War references.

I'm not saying that Method Man can't be deep, but that's just a really poor example. Being able to make clever play-on words isn't exactlymaking the mind think.

Take Crooked I for example:
