isn't he an NT'er??

Yeah just tell him to send them back and give him a refund.

People on eBay have been getting under my skin so much recently.

I just had my CDP on eBay. I had a bidder that had no feedback and had just recently signed up, December 30th, on top of that his user name seemed kind ofsuspect too. I message him just making sure that he is truly interested in purchasing the pack from me a few days prior to the auction closing. He never getsback to me. I get someone else bidding on the item and he over bids way too much, and the auction closes at a price that would be considered over paying. Twodays after the auction ends I don't hear from him, I'm still waiting for payment, I've message him and everything and no response. Now I have towait till the 15th till I can file something with eBay.

I saw this coming the whole time.

1) always cancel 0 bidders...be ruthless, this is your money and time
2) don't lie...
3) how long did you take to ship? slow shipping is such a pet peeve. don't you need 7 days to pass before filing the item not recieved?

What does the return policy say on the bottom of your auction?

It's helpful to write out something detailed down there to avoid this kind of situations. I've had way too many issues with ebayers recently too.

As a seller, you don't have any power anymore. It can be pretty awful.

If I were you, I'd suggest for him to return the item for a refund. Take the L and move on. Dramatic buyers like this are the WORST.

Doesnt matter at this point, if you dont have a return policy and you refuse a return, the buyer can file a paypal claim. Ebay is pissing me off.

Would you pay full price for a pair of B Grade jordans or nikes? I don't think so. IMO $36 is an ok price for those.

buyer got what he paid for?

hopefully the buyer doesnt pull up the fact in a claim that you said you dont accept any returns in the auction

good luck
