I took mine back to Nike today. There were a lot of flaws with this shoe. Paint chips all over . As good of quality as the 6's were are as bad as these are. For anyone getting a pair from a reseller be careful and ask for a lot of pictures.

Just bought mine retail, the east coast spizike. (impulse buy) .... I'll stare at them tonight and decide if I'm actually going to wear them or not.

Doctor Lawrence Jacoby! Awesome!!! In the middle of watching the series for the umpteenth time now that I got the new blu-ray set.
Anyway, thread-related, can all the folks who copped the OG retros this weekend give wear reports on them after they wear them? I have like 10 pair of Spizikes, and I noticed the newer pairs definitely have much better midsole paint than the pairs from the first few years. If everyone reports the paint is crappy on the new OGs, I'll know enough to just avoid all their other upcoming retros.

After wearing them. Midsole color red is darker than front mudguard 40 acres elephant print. Hopefully it looks like JB is trying to avoid paint cracking on the midsole but we shall see. They at first seem more comfortable than my old Spizikes but after wearing them more they pinch my side of my feet like the old ones even tho i went .5 up.

Haven't been in the JB thread in a while, but I needed the White/Green/Red colorway when I found out they were retroing and I still have hope that the black/green/red pair is going to re-release too. Now those were the ones that I really wanted back in the day.

Just received my pair from EB and I'm disappointed with the quality. Red paint stains on both shoes and also the mid sole is a little scuffed up

I think Finish Line finally screwed me. I've been waiting on tracking info since Saturday, it's not looking good. Been getting the run around from customer service. Now it looks like the e-mail of death will be coming soon. I'll be surprised if I get them now. Smh

I took mine back because the quality was so bad. The paint had chipped already . These are not worth the price.

That's exactly what I was afraid of, and why I didn't click "confirm" on Saturday morning when my FNL order was all set. Now I'm glad I didn't.
